Read
When mail and attachments arrive, it identifies the type and pulls the values it needs. Anything it cannot read is held for a person instead of pushed through.

Process
It creates the shipment, updates status, and prepares what the next person needs. Carrier status refreshes without anyone looking it up.

Send
Arrival notices, reminders and reports go to the right recipients. In draft-only mode they go out after a person approves.
