Why this order
US ocean import was the biggest bottleneck. Arrival notices, dispatch and proof collection were all tied to people, and a miss turns into D&D charges immediately. So we solved that first. The next scope is designed and built around the work your team actually does, instead of waiting for a generic feature to ship.
The product UI is in English
Translating terms like B/L, D/O and LFD breaks alignment with carrier and customs paperwork. This site reads in Korean too, but the working screens are built to be used in English.
