Modes apply to actions that leave your company — arrival notices, dispatch, POD and vendor chases. Tracking and document parsing only read and fill, so nothing goes out and there is no mode; reports are configured by recipient and schedule instead. Start in draft-only and move to auto once you trust it. Every run is recorded as scheduled, sent, failed, skipped or canceled.
