Collects and refreshes schedules and container status from carriers on its own. No more digging through carrier sites.

When it starts: A scheduler polls carriers on a fixed cycle.
Where a person steps in: You only look at what changed. No change, no noise.
What happens when it fails: If a carrier does not respond it retries on the next cycle, and the screen keeps showing when it was last confirmed.
